The 1:12 scale is spot on and everything fits together with my existing dollhouse furniture. Assembly took me about an hour and the instructions were clear enough that I never had to guess. Honestly the tiny wooden crates are my favorite part.
The little shelves and counter come pre-cut so I didn't need any tools, just a bit of glue and patience. Took me about two evenings to finish and the finished shop looks adorable next to my other miniatures. The instructions were clear enough that I barely had to redo anything.
I've never built a miniature before, but the 1:12 scale pieces clicked together without any glue mishaps. The tiny shop shelves actually hold the little wooden jars, which surprised me for the price. Took me two evenings and I'm already eyeing another kit.
